Learn and practice feedback in a supportive, results-driven setting

Research shows that one of the most important factors in helping employees feel acknowledged and valued is feedback. At Good Decision, we have worked with feedback for over 30 years, and we agree with researchers that effective feedback requires continuous practice — both in giving and receiving it.

Feedback Game Strengthens Communication Between Individuals

As part of our work in organizational development and in strengthening individuals’ ability to communicate with one another, we have created this game-based tool – Feedback Game. We educate people to give and receive feedback in a positive and psychologically safe way.

Through our learning game, positive energy is created along with a shared understanding that feedback is valuable in all types of developmental work – for example, when organizing operations more efficiently, developing internal and external customer dialogue, or highlighting and strengthening employee engagement.

The Game Format Includes:

• A fun way to practice feedback with your colleagues!

Activity Setup

The activity lasts between 2–6 hours, depending on needs and objectives.
Groups consist of 3–5 participants per game board to ensure everyone has a chance to contribute.
Suitable for groups of 8 participants or more.

Participants compete individually within their group. Together, the group develops its ability to give and receive feedback.

Feedback Game Can Be Customized

The feedback learning game is part of a broader concept that includes a lecture and a summary/reflection session. Customization of the learning game to suit your organization, based on your governing documents and guidelines, is available upon request. (Customization is offered as an add-on.)
