Ett stort tack till alla ni som engagerade er.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sammantaget av de 70 svar vi f\u00e5tt in, kan man tydligt se att m\u00e5nga \u00f6nskar kortare m\u00e4tningar f\u00f6r att bibeh\u00e5lla engagemang och intresse, enligt paj-diagram nedan. Vi har ett f\u00f6r litet antal respondenter f\u00f6r att kunna dra n\u00e5gra slutsatser g\u00e4llande \u00e5ldersf\u00f6rdelning. 12% uppgav att de inte deltagit i en medarbetarm\u00e4tning. P\u00e5 fr\u00e5gan om man genomf\u00f6r medarbetarm\u00e4tningar p\u00e5 sin nuvarande arbetsplats, \u00e4r det 11% som svarar att de inte g\u00f6r det. Att det \u00e4r \u00f6ver 10% i b\u00e5da fallen kan tyckas vara en h\u00f6g siffra, men att det skulle kunna vara en konsekvens av att m\u00e5nga organisationer v\u00e4ljer att genomf\u00f6ra m\u00e4tningen vart tredje \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gooddecision.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/pajdiagram.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-464\" src=\"https:\/\/gooddecision.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/pajdiagram.gif\" alt=\"pajdiagram\" width=\"620\" height=\"277\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I bilden nedan ser vi tydligt att det finns motivation f\u00f6r medarbetarm\u00e4tningar. Att man tycker det \u00e4r viktigt att genomf\u00f6ra och det \u00e4r mycket viktigt att f\u00e5 ta del av resultatet. Vi ser ett l\u00e4gre betyg f\u00f6r hur m\u00e4tningarna har resulterat i f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som varit till gagn f\u00f6r verksamheten. V\u00e5r erfarenhet i den fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r att det beh\u00f6vs en tydligare koppling mellan medarbetarm\u00e4tningen och de efterf\u00f6ljande \u00e5tg\u00e4rderna. V\u00e5r bed\u00f6mning \u00e4r att i m\u00e5nga verksamheter ligger m\u00e4tningar till grund f\u00f6r utveckling, men att det inte riktigt synligg\u00f6rs f\u00f6r varken chefer eller medarbetare.<\/p>\n<p>Dessa fyra p\u00e5st\u00e5enden bed\u00f6mdes fr\u00e5n 1 &#8211; 10. D\u00e4r 1 \u00e4r = Inst\u00e4mmer inte alls och 10 = Inst\u00e4mmer helt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gooddecision.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/stapeldiagram.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-463\" src=\"https:\/\/gooddecision.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/stapeldiagram.gif\" alt=\"stapeldiagram\" width=\"620\" height=\"501\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r f\u00f6ljer ocks\u00e5 n\u00e5gra kommentarer:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8221;Viktigt att unders\u00f6kningen inte blir f\u00f6r komplicerad d\u00e5 det kan medf\u00f6ra att svarsfrekvensen blir l\u00e4gre, tydliga fr\u00e5gor \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktiga.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8221;Om man ska m\u00e4ta borde det vara ett absolut krav p\u00e5 att man ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6ljer upp m\u00e4tningen, dvs inte bara att man g\u00e5r igenom och tittar p\u00e5 resultat och sedan l\u00e4gger i skrivbordsl\u00e5dan utan verkligen f\u00f6ljer upp att det gjorts ngt med resultat. Vi m\u00e4ter och m\u00e4ter men g\u00f6r aldrig ngt med resultat s\u00e5 varf\u00f6r m\u00e4ter vi d\u00e5? <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8221;Som man ropar f\u00e5r man svar. Oftast \u00e4r de viktiga fr\u00e5gorna inte st\u00e4llda eller st\u00e4llda p\u00e5 fel s\u00e4tt. Ett exempel kan vara att man fr\u00e5gar om chefen men aldrig om skikten ovanf\u00f6r, d\u00e4r det finns uppenbara tveksamheter<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8221;Hellre snabbare temp m\u00e4tningar som sker med h\u00f6gre frekvens \u00e4n l\u00e5nga och stora unders\u00f6kningar som kanske genomf\u00f6rs vartannat \u00e5r&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8221;Viktigt att medarbetarenk\u00e4ten f\u00e5r n\u00e5gon p\u00e5verkan. Annars \u00e4r det meningsl\u00f6st.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8221;Fritext svar \u00e4r viktigt. Om man \u00e4r missn\u00f6jd med n\u00e5got ska man kunna ge exempel.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 Good Decision anv\u00e4nder vi kompletterande m\u00e4tningar i v\u00e5ra uppdrag. D\u00e4r mindre omfattande m\u00e4tningar kan ge svar p\u00e5 om olika typer av insatser har gett \u00f6nskat resultat i direkt anslutning till genomf\u00f6randet. I m\u00e5nga fall skapar medarbetare sj\u00e4lva fr\u00e5gest\u00e4llningarna som ett led i v\u00e4cka nyfikenhet f\u00f6r resultatet, som i sin tur leder till ett \u00f6kat l\u00e4rande och en \u00f6kad kvalitet i sj\u00e4lva m\u00e4tningen.
